Payment & Fees

Coastal Crossroads Counseling Solutions accepts cash, checks, and credit cards on the day of your appointment for self-pay clients.   

 

We are also contracted providers with Headway to accept  Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar Health and United Healthcare insurance.

 

We do not bill insurance for out-of-network claims. However, upon request, a superbill is available at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company. Before booking an appointment, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and inquiring about your “out-of-network” therapy benefits policy and how to submit an out-of-network reimbursement claim. 

 

We are also a contracted Lyra Employee Assistance Program (EAP) network provider if you work for a sponsoring company.
